How to make Tiramisu Strawberry Kiwi Cake

Step 1: Kiwi and strawberries are washed with water 3 times and then soaked in a dilute salt water solution for about 15 minutes. Then, take out the basket to drain and cut into thin slices.

– Step 2: Put 130 grams of sugar and 450ml of Whipping Cream in a large bowl. Use a whisk to combine the 2 ingredients. When you lift up to create a pointed pyramid, then stop.

Step 3: Put Cream Cheese in another bowl. Then also use a whisk to beat until the ingredients turn bright white.

– Step 4: Add Cream Cheese in step 3 with Mascarpone Cheese and melted white chocolate into the mixture in step 2 and mix well.

– Step 5: Mix orange and lemon juice mixture and spread on each Lady Fingers cake. Then, neatly stack them in a wide tray.

– Step 6: Pour ½ amount of the mixture in step 4 into the cake tray, spread evenly and then cover with ½ amount of strawberries and kiwi.

– Step 7: Repeat the operation in step 6 with the remaining mixture and fruit, then cover the mold with food wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3-12 hours.
